We use only fresh quality ingredients that have been handed down from generation to generation.
The word "Chapala" comes from the largest fresh water lake in Mexico, Lake Chapala. It's located in the state of Jalisco and runs to the border of Michoacan. Many cities around the lake have relied on it for a source of water. Our cuisine is inspired by the seafood and ingredients from this area.
